High Protein/Low Carb GF Bread
The closest I've been able to get to a white bread that is super low carb and high in protein. Using yeast to make a super light and fluffy texture.

Very simple, clean ingredients, the loaf is able to be sliced into 16-18 slice and is one net carb for 2 slices. SIze and Shape of loaves may vary depending on the weather. Stays good for 1-2 weeks under refrigeration or for a month in the freezer. The hamburger rolls and Italian Herb Rolls are 2 Net Carb each.
