Very moist coffee cake, gluten free and sugar free. Made without artificial sweeteners or seed oils. I use a custom blend of whey protein isolate and organic coconut flour to achieve a light bread like texture and very low carb product. Each square is only 2g of Net Carbs and 11g of protein. They are best enjoyed room temperature or warm.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The coffee cake are baked fresh and perishable, so orders will be shipped frozen on Monday or Tuesday to ensure package arrives as fast as possible. In order to avoid packages getting hung up on the weekends and to prolong freshness and shelflife. Please allow 1-3 Weeks for shipping. All items are shipped individually packaged, once received, they will be thawed, you can place back into the freezer for up to a month or into the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Freezing keto baked goods does not effect the product.
